Weight diet mistakes YOU Are STILL Falling For?
1. NOT REALLY FACING YOUR PROBLEM:
It is possible to live with a weight loss problem & diet mistakes for years and not really think you look fat. This is very common. Other people think you are, but very rarely will they say anything because they don’t want to hurt your feelings. It just isn’t polite. So you must face the fact of your weight without anybody telling you are overweight
2. NOT SETTING REALISTIC GOALS: Most people when they wake up and see that they need to lose weight (for whatever reason) now want to “get it off quick”. Unfortunately, it probably did not “get on quick”, so it is not going to go away fast. A person must lay out a long term plan to lose a little at a time. sorta like eating an elephant. one bite at a time. (no pun intended) Most dieticians say 1 to 2 pounds per week is realistic. How boring, however it is a realistic goal.
3. NOT MAKING LOSING WEIGHT A HIGH ENOUGH PRIORITY: If you wanted a degree from collage you would make going to school and doing homework and studies a very high priority. If you want to keep your job you make getting there on time each day a very high priority. Well the same thing goes for losing weight it must be made a very high priority. After all the results will be worth it, won’t they
4. NOT HAVING AN EATING PLAN EACH DAY: If you wait until you are hungry you will normally jump right back into your old eating pattern, which put all the weight on. Be sure and know exactly what you are going to eat each day. Either figure it out the night before (this is best) or first thing in the morning.
By knowing what you are going to eat and when. Yes when, (don’t let your feeling rule you, this is how you got in trouble in the first place). If you really get hungry between meals have an emergency plan, never be caught off guard, or away you go again, eating wrong and the spiral goes on.
5. NOT STICKING WITH IT FOR THE LONG HAUL: Imaging a trucker carrying a load of freight across the country and when he gets half way there deciding to just quit driving. sounds stupid doesn’t it. or imagine a mom picking up her kids everyday after school and one day just decides to not do it anymore, that sounds more than dumb, huh! Well people losing weight do just that every day. They just quit, and quit, and quit, that is really dumb. So when you start NEVER QUIT, if you blow it, that’s ok. just start over again, but NEVER QUIT.
